Our Process
Every project begins with a brief.
Concept Development
After a review of your design influences and site floor plans, we create a project proposal containing several system options. Budget and key project timelines are defined at this stage. At least one site visit is required.
Once your system layout is agreed, it’s time to discuss finishing specifications. This includes provision of material samples for surface finishing and mounting hardware selection.
Manufacturing
The conceptual design is acoustically modelled, refined and prepared for manufacturing.
The system is then built, tested and packaged ahead of transport to the project site.
Installation & Handover
Working alongside your appointed site manager, we install the system. Wiring and tuning is performed in situ.
Upon project completion, we provide system wiring plans, tuning settings and maintenance documents.
If site works are shared with a third party contractor, we offer technical support and documentation required to achieve a successful installation.
